At INVITITY, we respect your privacy and provide transparent control over your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion

  1. Open the INVITITY app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to Settings → My Account.
  3. Tap "Delete Account & Data" and confirm your request.

Option 2: Web / Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to our support team:

  • Email To: asemx2112@gmail.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request - INVITITY
  • Body: Please include your registered email address or User ID.

Deleting Specific Data Without Account Deletion

If you want to delete specific data (such as an individual wedding invitation, uploaded photos, custom audio files, or guest RSVP lists) without deleting your entire account:

  • In-App Deletion: Open INVITITY → Go to My Invitations → Tap the Delete icon on any specific invitation. The invitation, along with all associated photos, audio tracks, and guest RSVP entries, is deleted immediately.
  • Email Request: Send an email to asemx2112@gmail.com with your Invitation ID to request partial data removal.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Upon initiating account or data deletion, the following data is permanently and immediately erased from our Firebase servers:

  • Your account credentials (Email, Password hash, Firebase User ID).
  • All created wedding invitations, custom text, timeline events, and venue details.
  • All uploaded photos, background images, custom audio tracks, and share previews.
  • All guest RSVP submissions (Guest names and phone numbers).
  • All digital pass entries, QR check-in records, and blessing notes.

Data Retention & Irreversibility Policy

Immediate & Irreversible: Once deleted, all personal data and wedding records are permanently wiped in real-time. Deletion is completely irreversible immediately upon action, with zero retention or recovery period.
